At Runners Shop, we want to ensure you have the perfect fit for your training; if your gear isn't performing as expected, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unworn shoes or apparel in their original boxes, ensuring all tags remain attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; you will receive a notification once your refund has been processed.
